Keep track of international normalized ratio (INR) blood test values, current medication dosage for each day of the week, temporary dose adjustments, and next blood testing date. Set a daily medication alarm for a reminder of the dose to take—including any temporary dosage adjustment, take notes about any bleeding occurrences or things that can affect your medication's effectiveness, and graphically see your INR values over time.
